When you’ve found the item you can’t live without click “add to cart” and head to the checkout page.

If you’re a Zia-Luh first-timer, you will need to sign up for a account so you will never have to fill in the details again & always be up to date of what's going on with your order. All we’ll need is info like your name, email address and delivery address. And give us permission to use your details to be able to send your goodies to your door.

  • We have a flat rate of R100 for all orders delivered to your door.
  • Packages are send via The Courier Guy & Aramex (Outlaying areas)
  • FREE shipping on all orders over R1000.

After shipping info is added, head to the payment page and select your preferred payment method:

  • Electronic transfers & ATM deposit
  • Secure online payments are done via PayFlex - Pay Now & Pay later option is available. For more info on PayFlex please visit www.payflex.co.za.

    Orders placed and paid over weekend & public holidays will only be cleared and processed the first business day after such days
  • Orders are processed and send out within 2 - 10 business days after payment has cleared.
  • All orders are processed in order of confirmation.
  • We takes special care to ensure that your parcels get packed and ready quickly but once the courier receives the parcel it's out of our hands how long it will take to get to you.

A tracking number and link will be send via email or sms to you once your parcel is booked for courier pick up. And will be updated on courier website within 24 business hours. After tracking info is received customers need to follow up with courier service to know exactly where package is.

  • All order updates is loaded on the system & send automatically & sometimes gets blocked by servers.
